Team Coaching
Leading together. Collaboration that holds.

When does team coaching make sense

  • Your team is growing, merging or going through a transition — and needs a framework to navigate this together.

  • Roles and responsibilities are unclear or interpreted differently across the team.

  • Collaboration is working — but the potential you have together is not yet being fully realised.

  • There are unspoken tensions or communication patterns that are holding you back.

  • You want to develop a shared direction and strategic alignment as a team.

Team coaching is designed for team leaders, managers and HR professionals who see development as an investment — not a response to crisis.

How I work with teams

Team coaching is more than a workshop. It is an accompanied development process that requires time and continuity.

I combine coaching, systemic facilitation and elements of organisational development. That means I look not only at the dynamics in the room, but also at what surrounds the team — structures, roles, organisational context.

The goal is always a space in which different perspectives become visible, trust grows, and the team develops sustainable solutions together. Reflection and concrete steps for day-to-day practice go hand in hand for me.

My experience of more than 15 years working in international networks and organisations feeds directly into this — I know the dynamics of complex, multinational teams from the inside.

I do not offer standard programmes — because no two teams are alike. Typical building blocks include:

How I work with teams

Format and process

Workshop Day(s)

One or more intensive days for reflection, clarification and shared alignment. Ideal as an entry point or milestone in a longer process.

Accompanying Coaching Cycles

Regular team sessions over 3–6 months, securing the transfer into daily practice and embedding development sustainably.

Combined Individual and Team Sessions

Sometimes both are needed: individual reflection for the leader and shared work within the team.

Format, rhythm and investment are discussed together in an initial conversation — tailored to your specific situation and team size.
