Why I became a coach
I work as a coach and support individuals and teams in matters relating to leadership, collaboration and professional development.
I am particularly interested in how people make decisions, take responsibility, and shape collaboration in complex organizational contexts.
These questions have accompanied me throughout my time working in international organizations and continue to shape my coaching work today.
I became a coach because, in my own work, I experienced again and again how important it is to have a space — to pause, to think, to find clarity. In international organisations, under time pressure and with many stakeholders, that space is rare. And I know what it changes when it is there. That is the space I now create for others.
What I bring
Before and during my work as a coach, I have worked for more than 15 years in international organizations and European networks — including Climate KIC and EIT Food.
During this time, I developed programs, cultivated partnerships, and guided change processes. My work often lies at the intersection of organizations, policy, science, and business.
This experience continues to shape my perspective on organizations and leadership to this day.
I know the dynamics of complex organizations from my own experience – as well as the challenges associated with responsibility, pressure to make decisions and change.
In addition, I completed training in systemic organisational consulting at Simon, Weber & Friends in Berlin. Systemic thinking is deeply embedded in my coaching practice.

My approach to coaching
Coaching, for me, is a structured space for reflection in which you as a person are at the centre — not the problem you bring with you.
My work is grounded in a systemic understanding of coaching. That means individual questions are always considered in relation to the organisational environment. Leadership, collaboration and decisions never develop in isolation — they emerge from the interplay of people, roles and organisations.
The following are particularly important to me in our collaboration:
-
Openness and trust
-
An appreciative and respectful attitude
-
Clarity and structure
-
Space for reflection and development
My coaching is based on four cornerstones:
People are naturally creative, resourceful and whole.
This means they are capable of finding their own path, their own decisions and their own inner leadership.
Focus on the whole person.
Attention is given to the person in all their dimensions — body, heart, mind and intellect — not to the goal or problem alone.
Dance in the moment.
Being fully present for what is here right now, and being able to respond to it.
Evoking transformation.
Through powerful questions and shifts in perspective, a vision of what is possible — and how — comes alive.

What clients say
Luise's coaching style is unique because she involves you in every step of the process, from beginning to end. This hands-on approach is truly transformative and makes it easier to embrace new ideas and implement behavioral changes because you are actively participating. Working with her will be a decision you definitely won't regret.
Bjarke Kovshoj, Climate-KIC
The coaching sessions with Luise were fantastic. She's incredibly responsive to individual needs; for example, we went for walks during our sessions. This flexibility and willingness to try new approaches truly sets her apart from other coaches. Luise also incorporates creative techniques, which helped me tremendously to really get something out of the experience. Her critical questions and creative ideas for finding solutions helped me a great deal in understanding and discovering myself better. Thank you!
Anna Greil, founder of Uptraded
After many challenges in my professional life, which I had always managed to overcome, I found myself in a situation for which I no longer had a reliable compass. A very fortunate turn of events led me to Luise's coaching. Above all, the fact that the coaching allowed me to truly reflect on and see myself as a person for the first time revealed the right approach for my career. The professional situation is still difficult, but I now face it calmly and feel strong enough to continue on my path.
