I'm Luise

I coach leaders because I know the questions that keep them up at night — from my own experience.

For more than 15 years, I worked in European innovation networks and international organisations: building programmes, leading teams, developing partnerships and accompanying change processes — often at the intersection of organisations, science, policy and business.

That experience is not decoration. It is the reason I understand what it means to carry responsibility in a complex system.

As a certified coach (CPCC, ICF-ACC), I combine systemic thinking with the Co-Active approach — and a genuine interest in the person sitting across from me.
